ABOUT BoB

THE JOURNEY OF AN ENTREPRENEUR

BoB Group is an on- and off- line open platform that partners with businesses, entrepreneurial money and investment houses. We partner with, showcase and support businesses and entrepreneurs pre- and post- funding to discover and drive their true value.

Businesses can access the BoB Group platform at any point in the journey.

The BoB Group platform is:

A school that designs a brand-led growth plan to identify the hidden asset of the company. This builds out increased value for the business model, to drive revenue and increase awareness.

A greenhouse that gets businesses investor-ready and showcases clients to create international expansion opportunities.

A global studio that activates the growth plan, stays in the game to prove traction and increase the valuation.

We take the business owner on a journey from idea to execution – using the BoB IP Formula, which combines both the revenue and infrastructure systems for business to achieve the uplift in revenue and a higher valuation for scale.

Dwayne Holland

Partner, Canada

Dwayne has been building brands since 1995, working with both small businesses and large organizations to help position them in an overcrowded marketplace.

Over the years Dwayne has seen so many entrepreneurs struggle to standout and succeed. Despite all their hard work they often lose vision of who they are, what they offer or how to clearly communicate to their customers. Unfortunately they usually jump directly onto the marketing treadmill without having a strong understanding of their core identity and how that differentiates them. Dwayne believes that a strong brand is the foundation for a solid business strategy.

Three generations of entrepreneurial heritage has given Dwayne valuable insight into what it takes to win in the marketplace. From agriculture to retail, his roots have influenced his own story and he's learned that your brand starts at the core of who you are. It's what your customers experience first and what they remember last.

Through his Core3™ framework and straightforward approach Dwayne helps entrepreneurs clarify who they are, tell their story and build their brand. This gives them confidence and positions them for success.

Dwayne is passionate about helping others grow their business and become the best they can be.

FINDING THE HIDDEN ASSET AND BUILDING THE BIGGER VALUE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

A journey to discover your hidden asset and find your purpose.

The 6-day programme taught in person by expert BoB Group brand builders and Linzi Boyd helps you design your brand-led growth plan, building out the bigger value in your business.

The course is split into Brand DNA (two days) and Personal Brand, Product, Channel, Sales (four days). Brand DNA can be booked as an initial course.

BoB School was set up to deliver a more in-depth version of the methodology that Linzi Boyd uses when working with a brand, taking it from idea through to execution.

The school was designed to give you the opportunity to turn that ‘How To’ process into a reality, and gives you all the tried and tested tools to become famous within your sector. It takes away the mystique of how to market your business more effectively, and create conversations to get everyone talking, sharing and liking your brand.

BoB School teaches you everything you need to know to make your brand stand out in a crowded market, achieve the uplift, and create a higher valuation for scale.
